Elder Game, LLC. Code of Conduct.
Version 3.0. Effective April 22, 2026.


1. Agreement.

PLEASE READ THIS CODE OF CONDUCT CAREFULLY.

By creating an account, logging in, posting, chatting, joining community spaces, submitting content, contacting support, or otherwise using any Elder Game, LLC services, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct applies to the Services, including:

This Code of Conduct is part of the Terms of Service and is enforceable as a binding policy governing access to and use of the Services.

2. Community Standards.

Project: Gorgon is intended to be a cooperative, respectful, and enjoyable environment where players can play the game, discuss gameplay, role play, share opinions, and participate in the community.

All participants are expected to treat others with respect, basic courtesy, and good faith.

The rules in this Code of Conduct provide examples of prohibited behavior, but they do not cover every possible situation. Elder Game may act on conduct that reasonably harms the community, the integrity of the Services, the safety of users, or the lawful operation of the Game, even if that conduct is not specifically listed below.

3. Reporting, Review, and Enforcement.

Elder Game may investigate suspected violations of this Code of Conduct and may take appropriate enforcement action based on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Enforcement actions may include:

Enforcement will be based on reasonable and proportionate grounds where required by applicable law.

Where appropriate and feasible, Elder Game may provide notice of an enforcement action, the reason for the action, and an opportunity to appeal. Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where Elder Game reasonably believes it is necessary to address fraud, abuse, security issues, threats, unlawful conduct, severe disruption, or other urgent harm.

Elder Game will review reports and appeals in good faith, but not every report will result in action, and not every action will be reversed.

4. Prohibited Conduct.

The following conduct is not permitted anywhere within the Services.

A. Harassment, Abuse, and Harmful Conduct.

B. Privacy and Personal Information Violations.

C. Cheating, Exploitation, and Security Violations.

D. Impersonation and Misrepresentation.

E. Illegal, Dangerous, or Inappropriate Content.

F. Spam and Disruptive Conduct.

G. Commercial Misuse.

H. Community Integrity.

5. Public Discussion of Moderation.

You may express disagreement with moderation decisions in a respectful manner. However, you may not use the Services to harass staff or other users, reveal private moderation correspondence without authorization where prohibited, organize retaliatory behavior, or repeatedly disrupt community spaces with moderation disputes.

Appeals and moderation questions should be directed to support whenever possible so they can be reviewed appropriately.

6. User Content and Removal.

Elder Game may remove, restrict, edit, hide, or decline to display content that violates this Code of Conduct, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or the safe and orderly operation of the Services.

Where required by applicable law, Elder Game may provide users with information about significant moderation actions and available appeal options.

7. Relationship to Other Policies.

This Code of Conduct works together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between this Code of Conduct and the Terms of Service regarding account rights, licensing, payments, dispute resolution, or similar legal matters, the Terms of Service will control to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to This Policy.

Elder Game may update this Code of Conduct from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, community needs, safety practices, legal requirements, or business operations.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated Code of Conduct constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
