Elder Game, LLC. Code of Conduct.
Version 3.0. Effective April 22, 2026.

1. Agreement.

PLEASE READ THIS CODE OF CONDUCT CAREFULLY.

By creating an account, logging in, posting, chatting, joining community spaces, submitting content, contacting support, or otherwise using any Elder Game, LLC services, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct applies to the Services, including:

Project: Gorgon, the Game.
Official websites.
Forums.
Community spaces operated by Elder Game.
Customer support systems.
Other related services offered by Elder Game.

This Code of Conduct is part of the Terms of Service and is enforceable as a binding policy governing access to and use of the Services.

2. Community Standards.

Project: Gorgon is intended to be a cooperative, respectful, and enjoyable environment where players can play the game, discuss gameplay, role play, share opinions, and participate in the community.

All participants are expected to treat others with respect, basic courtesy, and good faith.

The rules in this Code of Conduct provide examples of prohibited behavior, but they do not cover every possible situation. Elder Game may act on conduct that reasonably harms the community, the integrity of the Services, the safety of users, or the lawful operation of the Game, even if that conduct is not specifically listed below.

3. Reporting, Review, and Enforcement.

Elder Game may investigate suspected violations of this Code of Conduct and may take appropriate enforcement action based on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Enforcement actions may include:

Removing or restricting content.
Issuing reminders or warnings.
Muting chat or limiting communication features.
Temporarily suspending accounts or access.
Permanently terminating accounts or access.
Reversing transactions, removing items, or restricting features where permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law.

Enforcement will be based on reasonable and proportionate grounds where required by applicable law.

Where appropriate and feasible, Elder Game may provide notice of an enforcement action, the reason for the action, and an opportunity to appeal. Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where Elder Game reasonably believes it is necessary to address fraud, abuse, security issues, threats, unlawful conduct, severe disruption, or other urgent harm.

Elder Game will review reports and appeals in good faith, but not every report will result in action, and not every action will be reversed.

4. Prohibited Conduct.

The following conduct is not permitted anywhere within the Services.

A. Harassment, Abuse, and Harmful Conduct.

Harassing, bullying, threatening, stalking, or intimidating others.
Targeting players or staff with repeated abuse, hostility, or disruptive conduct.
Using hate speech or engaging in discriminatory abuse based on protected characteristics where prohibited by law.
Making credible threats of real world harm, violence, or self harm encouragement.
Encouraging dogpiling, coordinated harassment, or targeted disruption.

B. Privacy and Personal Information Violations.

Sharing another person’s private or personally identifying information without authorization.
Attempting to obtain private information through deception, coercion, technical abuse, or unauthorized access.
Posting private communications without appropriate authorization where doing so violates privacy, confidentiality, law, or platform rules.

C. Cheating, Exploitation, and Security Violations.

Using, promoting, distributing, testing, or assisting with cheats, hacks, bots, automation, unauthorized macros, exploits, or similar unfair tools.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, administrative tools, or restricted areas.
Reverse engineering, tampering with, intercepting, or modifying game data, communications, or technical protections except where expressly permitted by law.
Abusing bugs, exploits, duplication issues, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage.
Knowingly withholding serious exploit or security information while using it for advantage or distributing it to others.

D. Impersonation and Misrepresentation.

Pretending to be Elder Game staff, moderators, volunteers, contractors, or representatives when you are not.
Pretending to be another player, creator, or community member in a deceptive or harmful manner.
Knowingly spreading false official information in a way that is likely to mislead users about rules, account actions, services, updates, or business practices.

E. Illegal, Dangerous, or Inappropriate Content.

Posting or promoting unlawful content or unlawful activity.
Posting obscene sexual content, sexually exploitative content, or graphic real world violence that is not appropriate for the Services.
Posting malware, phishing content, malicious links, or other harmful code or instructions.
Using the Services to facilitate fraud, scams, or other deceptive practices.

F. Spam and Disruptive Conduct.

Spamming chat, forums, support systems, or other community features.
Posting duplicate, repetitive, irrelevant, or intentionally disruptive content.
Flooding communication channels or interfering with normal conversation or gameplay.
Circumventing user safety features, ignore functions, chat restrictions, or moderation controls.
Evading suspensions, bans, or restrictions, including through alternate accounts or other workarounds.

G. Commercial Misuse.

Advertising, soliciting, or promoting goods or services without authorization.
Engaging in real money trading, account sales, account transfers, or unauthorized sale of in game goods, currency, services, or progression.
Offering or soliciting boosting, power leveling, or similar paid gameplay services that violate the Terms of Service or other policies.

H. Community Integrity.

Knowingly making false reports to harass others or burden moderation systems.
Interfering with investigations, destroying relevant evidence, or encouraging others to evade enforcement.
Engaging in conduct that materially undermines community trust, service integrity, or the safe operation of the Services.

5. Public Discussion of Moderation.

You may express disagreement with moderation decisions in a respectful manner. However, you may not use the Services to harass staff or other users, reveal private moderation correspondence without authorization where prohibited, organize retaliatory behavior, or repeatedly disrupt community spaces with moderation disputes.

Appeals and moderation questions should be directed to support whenever possible so they can be reviewed appropriately.

6. User Content and Removal.

Elder Game may remove, restrict, edit, hide, or decline to display content that violates this Code of Conduct, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or the safe and orderly operation of the Services.

Where required by applicable law, Elder Game may provide users with information about significant moderation actions and available appeal options.

7. Relationship to Other Policies.

This Code of Conduct works together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between this Code of Conduct and the Terms of Service regarding account rights, licensing, payments, dispute resolution, or similar legal matters, the Terms of Service will control to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to This Policy.

Elder Game may update this Code of Conduct from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, community needs, safety practices, legal requirements, or business operations.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated Code of Conduct constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
