Elder Game, LLC - Terms of Service Agreement Version 2.0 - Updated February 17, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.
By doing any of the following:
(collectively, the “Services”), including Project: Gorgon (the “Game”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms as if you signed a written contract.

You represent that you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

You may NOT:
All software, artwork, music, characters, text, gameplay systems, accounts, and related materials (“Content”) are owned by Elder Game, LLC or its licensors.
You receive a license only — no ownership rights.
You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit Content.
Elder Game may use:
for promotional purposes without compensation.
By submitting chat, forum posts, screenshots, or other content (“UGC”), you grant Elder Game a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Allowed add-ons may be permitted at Elder Game’s discretion.
Prohibited software includes:
Use may result in immediate permanent ban without notice.
You consent to reasonable technical measures used to detect prohibited software.
The Game is a live service.

No compensation is owed for these changes.
Services require internet connectivity and authentication servers.
Elder Game may suspend, discontinue, or modify any service at any time without liability.
You consent to:
You have no expectation of privacy in public or in-game communications.

You may not:
Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans at Elder Game’s discretion.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
Elder Game disclaims all warranties including:

We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.
If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Arbitration and any permitted court proceedings shall occur in Orange County, Florida, USA.
Elder Game may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination:

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Code of Conduct constitute the entire agreement between you and Elder Game, LLC.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
